It looks like paradise and it is. The monkeys have just arrived to fight over the hog plums.
The enormity of the task ahead has hit us and we are a bit overwhelmed. There has been very little maintenance over the last few years, lots of things don’t work, the last owner has left a lot of detritus and mossies are rife. And it’s HOT. Wet towels are in the freezer!
The last 24hrs has been challenging… more of that later. We are up for this challenge but we will need help – practical and emotional! Fortunately we have amazing friends and family in Barbados and Britain who are behind us all the way.
Right then – back to deep cleaning the kitchen…over and out for now.
PS best find today so far – mega can of WD-40. Yay!
